Like Father, Like Son, Victor follows his father, Thomas, every step of the way to the future, Victor is actively engaged in everyday of Tang & Partners LLP's core services to the public, to replace his father's absence in the firm.

Victor graduated from University of Toronto with a Honor Bachelor of Commerce, and obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant in 2019, and immediately after, Victor continued to obtain his Chartered Financial Analyst.

Victor has deep corporate accounting expertise and complex investment valuation skills, he identifies regulatory risks or tax loopholes, then apply CFA principles to project future valuations and write institution.

Victor oversee daily accounting and tax compliance while spearheading the firm's clients for  long-term investment strategies, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions while building comprehensive investment portfolios (CFA) while seamlessly managing clients' personal and business tax optimization and estate planning.

Lastly, Victor also bring vast knowledge and experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Victor evaluates targets' financial health during due diligence (CPA) while structuring the financial models to determine the acquisition price and expected returns.
